Feature
Enhance your home, office, and small business network storage capacity to support high-speed backups, file sharing, and video surveillance archiving with the RackStation RS422+ 4-Bay NAS Enclosure from Synology. This compact, yet versatile rackmount storage system features four 2.5″ / 3.5″ SATA drive bays, supporting RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, Synology Hybrid, JBOD, and Single configurations to balance between performance and security. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports with failover and link aggregation support are available, providing fast and reliable connections to compatible network devices.
You can further improve the NAS’s performance by installing a compatible 10G network adapter into the PCIe 3.0 x2 slot. A USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port is also available for connecting compatible storage drives and other peripherals to the system. The RackStation RS422+ is powered by the Synology DiskStation Manager operating system, which supports a variety of applications.
