Good product for a nice price but the shipping courier they used gave me nightmare experience. Please stop using shree tirupati or shree maruti courier and use established couriers like bluedart, DTDC, delhivery. And it’s not as if you are not charging delivery charges on prepaid orders. Taking money for shipping and using these new sub-standard courier services will ruin your reputation.
