Hello,
I am using same mouse but from few days it is automatically disconnected from pc and if I check in mouse everything was good, but i don't know what can I do reset the this?
TO RESET YOUR PORTRONICS TOAD ERGO VERTICAL MOUSE AND FIX RANDOM DISCONNECTIONS, TRY REMOVING AND REINSERTING THE USB RECEIVER, REPLACING THE BATTERY, CONNECTING TO A DIFFERENT USB PORT, AND IN WINDOWS DEVICE MANAGER, UNINSTALL AND REINSTALL THE MOUSE DRIVERS; IF THE ISSUE PERSISTS, UNCHECK "ALLOW THE COMPUTER TO TURN OFF THIS DEVICE TO SAVE POWER" UNDER USB ROOT HUB PROPERTIES.
