Apart from being a socket box, this is also a surge protector that prevents damage to your electronic equipment in the event of voltage fluctuations. Into this socket box you can connect any device with a 2 pin or a 3 pin plug of 6 Amps. This box comes with a main power switch and a power cord which adds on to the convenience aspect as it is extendable and can be connected to a far-away power source. All the plug sockets on this box are well insulated and grounded to ensure protection. It also comes with an ‘Automatic Overload Protection’ feature with a ‘reset’ switch and an LED indicator which instantly gives an alert if the socket is not properly grounded.
