You only sold the product . There was no link to download the Kaspersky product and how to install in the system.. You didnot have a help file summary even.. which every new customer will expect…I struggled for 45 minutes to get it done… .. Also please you didnot give me the time frame within which I should Activate the product using the product key I purchased.. What if I am to going to use the free trail of 1 month from kaspersky and thn later on activate the product key after 1 month.. please convey me…
