The BeoSound 2 (3rd generation) is a powerful, wireless speaker system with room-filling 360-degree sound. It is an impressive multi-room speaker that will perfectly complement any home – whether on the floor or on a low piece of furniture.
Since both Chromecast built-in and Airplay 2 as well as Bluetooth are integrated into the device, all important music streaming services can be easily transferred from your smartphone to the Beosound 2.
The Beosound 2 3rd. Generation features advanced room adjustment that ensures a flawless listening experience. Bass, mid-range frequencies and treble are never over- or under-emphasized, delivering balanced sound quality regardless of position in the room. It always delivers excellent sound performance without muffled or fuzzy noises. The result is crystal clear, pristine sound, just as it should be.
Controls
The Beosound 2 is equipped with an intelligent proximity sensor. As you move your hand over the controls, the user interface lights up. The top of the speaker serves as a simple control panel. With a simple tap on one of the four favorite buttons you can activate one of your saved radio stations or playlists. You can adjust the volume using the rotary control and you can change the current song by tapping one of the arrows.
360 degree sound experience
The exquisitely designed housing of Beosound 2, made from the finest aluminum and designed with a discreetly curved, conical shape, resembles a trumpet and can be seamlessly integrated into any setting, be it on a shelf or the breakfast table. Despite its subtle shape, the lower half of the case offers enough space for the bass unit, which delivers excellent sound. With built-in Acoustic Lens Technology integrated into the frusto-conical design, it offers a 360-degree listening experience that evenly fills the entire room with sound, regardless of where the speaker is positioned.
