NO, THERE IS NO "FOUNDERS EDITION" FOR THE INTEL ARC B580—THE OFFICIAL REFERENCE DESIGN IS CALLED THE "LIMITED EDITION" BY INTEL.
LOOK FOR "LIMITED EDITION" IF YOU WANT THE INTEL-MADE VERSION OF THE ARC B580 GPU.
