The mouse arrived within the specified delivery time and was packed properly with bubble wrap. I had a couple of doubts regarding it and the Computech team was happy to clear my doubts over a call. It was a nice experience shopping with computech.

[...]The product works well, and was packaged neatly. My only gripe is with the payment process, because you have to scan a QR Code to pay and get it manually confirmed by messaging them on Whatsapp or, by emailing them. I believe this process can be automated.
[...]Loved it. UPI payment could be better. It was very hectic to pay. You provide the code and while ordering from phone there is no good way to pay. Screenshot and uploading the QR does not work for transactions above 2000. Make that better.
