The 2-Hour Grace Period
We offer a small window for mistakes or changes of heart:
- Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 Hours of placement without any convenience fees.
- During this time, you may request to change, upgrade, or downgrade your product without penalty.
- Orders with a value Less than ₹1,000 cannot be cancelled once placed.
Fee Structure & Deductions
Deductions apply if the cancellation is requested by the buyer after the grace period or after shipping:

Note: Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours after we receive the product back at our premises. Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.
