RDNA 3 Architecture

It includes the 5nm Graphics Compute Die (GCD) with up to 96 compute units that provide the core GPU functionality. It also includes six of the 6nm Memory Cache Die (MCD), each with up to 16MB of second-generation AMD Infinity Cache technology.
