The Sonos Arc features eleven precisely engineered internal speakers, including dedicated height channels, three precisely angled silk dome tweeters and eight elliptical woofers that ensure faithful playback of mid-range plus impressive bass with crisp high frequencies. Sonos Arc fires sound in all directions, rendering every whisper, explosion, and beat with dramatic clarity, detail and depth. To power, the internal driver’s Arc also embeds eleven Class-D amplifiers that have been perfectly tuned to the Arc’s unique acoustic architecture. Sonos Arc is a versatile soundbar that has been designed to offer convenient connectivity and immersive sound. To facilitate quick connectivity, the Arc is equipped with WiFi connectivity with auto-pairing features using near-field communication (NFC) technology. You also get support for Apple AirPlay 2 which allows you to send sound directly from your iPhone, iPad, or Mac, or ask Siri to turn it up from your device. And there is an HDMI eARC connection with increased bandwidth to support high-quality audio and has lip-sync compensation built-in.

Sonos Arc is specially tuned with the help of Oscar-winning sound engineer Giles Martin to emphasise the human voice so you can always follow the story. Turn on Speech Enhancement in the Sonos app to clarify dialogue when characters talk quietly or action intensifies. Along with Speech Enhancement, you also get Night Sound mode which when enabled from the Sonos App reduces the intensity of loud sounds and increases the level of quieter sounds. You also can use the TruePlay tuning which adapts the sound for the unique acoustics of the room and calibrates the height channels for precise localisation. So your content always sounds just the way it should and reaches your ears at the exact right moment.

Sonos Arc blends beautifully with its elongated shape and soft profile, Arc discreetly mounts to the wall or sits beneath the TV without pulling focus. There are magnetic sensors embedded to detect when Arc is mounted and smartly adjusts the EQ to temper bass resonance. Sonos Arc features capacitive touch controls for various functions on the top panel. An illuminated LED indicator light indicates the speaker status, microphone status, and voice feedback. You also get Ambient light sensors that detect how bright the room is and automatically adjust the brightness of the LEDs to be visible. The built-in microphone uses five far-field microphone array setup that provides advanced beamforming and multi-channel echo cancellation and accurate voice control.
