THE ACER ED240Q 23.6 INCH MONITOR HAS A STANDARD REFRESH RATE OF 165HZ, BUT SOME SOURCES LIST IT AS HAVING A 75HZ REFRESH RATE. THIS DISCREPANCY MAY BE DUE TO DIFFERENT SETTINGS OR VARIANTS OF THE MONITOR.
